Day 1: I Wanna Get Toned

Hello everyone!!!



Here I will start blogging about exercise. I have been building inspiration up everywhere to pull myself into doing exercise, getting healthy, and toned up. If you are not doing a lot this summer, or if you are find time to do some exercise you don't even have to go to the gym just doing several types of exercises for your body at home can also work.

I have no plan on how I will start doing my workouts or any sort of plan I just want to make this series of photos where I show you my before pictures and as I move forward how I progress. If I don't stick to it I'll just have a lame picture of myself not fit in a bikini. lol. So hopefully having a public picture in the internet can inspire me to do some good to my body.

 Day 1





So, that's my body. I am not overweight I am 5ft 5in if you were wondering. With this I also hope to inspire you to become what you want to be.


Starting weight: 63kg 139 lb
In exactly a month I will upload a new photo of what I look then. If I don't look different do not hesitate in telling me! Yey.

  1. oh my gosh! great work and what an inspiration! I have been trying to loose weight myself and so far I lost 10lbs, not much but enough to get me off the overweight scale.
